Straw yellow with greenish highlights, with aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit, citrus, and flint. Full, enveloping, and creamy on the palate. Long finish.
Selection of free-run must, drained with light pressure. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°C) followed by 8 months on the fine lees. The bottled wine ages for at least nine months in the cellar.
