Training system: traditional Piedmontese guyot with planting density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vines per hectare
Yield per hectare: 100 q.li/ha
Vinification: the must obtained from pressing the grapes is decanted and filtered at 0°C. The refermentation for the foaming takes place with selected yeasts at 18°C
Color: straw yellow with light golden reflections that recall the grapes
Aroma: intense, fresh, fragrant, reminiscent of notes of orange blossom and sage with a hint of honey undertone
Flavour: pleasantly sweet, balanced, characteristic and slightly lively
Total acidity: < 5.20 gr./l
Extract: 18 gr./l
