The extra virgin olive oil "Basilio" by Oro di Giano takes its name from Claudia Pompilj's uncle. This oil obtained from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and San Felice is dedicated to him. The olives are harvested in October.
It is a green colored oil with golden reflections, with a fruity aroma and hints of artichoke heart. The taste is intense and balanced in its bitter and spicy notes.
