MARFUGA Italian extra virgin olive oil is obtained from selected olives already at a good level of ripeness and cold extracted with the continuous cycle method. The characteristics of the soil, the cultivars, the organic methods, the harvesting and the extraction method, give this oil a green color and an elegant, rounded aroma, with a delicately fruity flavour. It has good intensity and persistence. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly spicy.
Pairings
It goes well with all RAW condiments with great capacity and versatility of combinations, in COOKING to be used for the preparation of sauces and in fries.
